If you’re hosting a house full of guests this weekend tag us on  InstagramFacebook or Twitter   and let us know what you’re drinking and if you’ve paired it with the correct cheese!

A deep Chianti  full of rich fruit flavors will pair well with a salty Parmesan cheese. Villa Nozzole Chianti Classico is a great choice, and it’s on Serious Eat’s list for Best Chianti’s Under $20.
2011 Gary Farrell Redwood Ranch Sonoma County Sauvignon Blanc is also in the under $20 category. A light white wine with tropical flavors pairs well with a Gruyere. The airy flavors of apples live in both the wine and the cheese.
Robiola is a creamy cheese that combines many flavors of salt and sweet. This would be paired best with a sparkling wine. We’ve chosen Domaine Ste Michelle Brut, Champagne. A fresh burst of bubbles with this creamy cheese will leaving taste buds more than satisfied.
